Ding ding ding it's a PB for Joe! Huge thanks to Jane Tomlinson's Run For All for another fine showing in our beautiful city today. What a brilliant time; sub 40 is withing your grasp! Well done to all athletes :)

Another Sunday, another race ticked off for Mr Boxall. Sometimes it goes to plan and sometimes it doesn't, but Ipswitch will be a springboard towards Clowne HM for our favourite trunce-enthusiast. Three cheers for Nick!

Wonderfully done on this hilly as chuff route from Beth; coming in 10th place lady and still smiling at the end! Another fine event from the gang at @runthroughtrails - even despite all the evil elevation.

Top top work from Steve as he pounded the pavements taking part in Jane Tomlinson's Run For All Bury 10k. Clearly those speed nights at club sessions are paying off Mr May; we must do more!

Big love to team @rasselbock.running for their wonderfully enthusiastic volunteers at day 2 of their Autumn offering. 36km is the furthest distance club newbie Joe has ever gone; fine work for a Sunday! Love to see it.

Lovely stuff from the fine folk at @tape2tapeuk Events for hosting our lass Cathy at the ABP Humber Coastal Half - the Sun was shining even if the wind was blowing. Congratulations on another fine performance Cathy!

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it's our lad Steve absolutely flying round his 10k today. Brilliantly done Steve; the quest for sub 50 is well and truly ON. Top work. Many thanks to @fyldecoastrunners for their superb hosting.

Smashing performance from club newbie Zoe, who made light work of this busy, if iconic, race. All the hard work has come together to produce this brilliant PB, what a superstar! 🤩

Another Sunday, another fine trail half courtesy of @ukrunningevents , with Beth and Amy flying the flag strongly for SRC today. Despite it feeling like wading through syrup with the humidity, both ladies rose to the occasion and smashed out some stunning times.
